9 Months In... 9 Months Out... and 9 Month Pictures

It was nearly impossible to get Kennedy to stop wiggling long enough to take a picture.  Ironic, because she was such a wiggle monster in my belly as well.  It's hard to believe that she has now been in my arms as long as she was in my belly.  :)

Kennedy's 39 Week Check In

This week has been a total whirlwind.  I started working 12 hour overnight shifts on the new unit and daddy has been in charge of dinner, bath time, bed time and all of the midnight snacks for a few nights a week.  Baby girl was pretty confused and unhappy with the idea that mommy (and more importantly  mommy's boob) was not available in the middle of the night.  She was also not a fan of getting up super early (she is her mother's daughter after all) and then spending mornings with the sitter.  It was kind of a rough week for all of us.

How Big Is Baby?
  • I think Kennedy is nearing 18 pounds and although it still doesn't seem like she has gained much weight over the past few weeks.  I am wondering if all of her activity (crawling like a maniac) is slowing down her weight gain.
  • Size 3 shoes still fit!!!
  • Full time cloth diapering. We are out one snap on each side and one snap on the rise on all of her dipes. We have gone up a second snap on the rise on a few of her diapers and so far we are getting a great fit!

Development & Milestones
  • BLW is going awesome as always!!  This kid loves to eat!
  • Still crawling, pulling up, cruising and climbing up the stairs.
  • No new words or signs this week, but she still loves to babble.
  • 4 pearly white teeth and a few more below the surface
Diet/Nursing
  • Nursing has been great this week when I am home.  Now that I am away for 14+ hours at a stretch, I really soak in our bonding time when I can.
  • Pumping at work this week went pretty well.  I am able to fit in one good session in the middle of my shift and it is working out really well for me.  My super huge stash is taking a hit, but I have so much saved that it won't be a problem at all.
  • BLW is still going wonderfully.  Not much new this week, but she is doing really well eating whatever we eat.
  • This week instead of the sippy cup, we decided to use a small regular cup and help her with it.  This is actually working out much better than the sippy cup, which she uses as a drum set.
Sleep
  • Naps have been kind of a mess this week.  I have learned that she will sleep for about 2 hours if she naps in bed with me, whereas she sleeps for an hour or so in the crib.  Since I basically go into survival mode in between 12s, snuggling with mommy in bed it is.  Eh... maybe someday she will sleep in her crib.
  • Sleep-wise daddy said she did pretty good this week, all things considered.  She still wakes a few times in the middle of the night, but Kevin handled everything wonderfully.

PP Mommy Check In

  • 3 12s in a row kicked my butt.  I am completely useless on the days I work 12s and the day afteer my long stretch.  This will take some getting used to, but once I get into a routine I really think I will like this new schedule.  Until then... I just need to figure out when I can sleep.
  • Right now I am about 118 lbs.
  • *For reference, my highest pregnancy weight was 162, my pre-pregnancy weight was 130 and my goal weight is 125*

How Is Daddy?
  • Kevin is the ultimate husband, and dad!  I swear he just takes everything in stride and keeps on going.  He is doing awesome with these solo parenting nights.  I couldn't ask for a better man in my life.

Any appointments, visitors or outings? Anything else new?
  • Not much new this week besides the schedule.
  • Cloth diapering is still going great!!

Product Rave:
  • Too tired to think of anything right now.  :)

Any upcoming developments, milestones? What's next?

  • Baby girl will be 9 months old tomorrow.  Where has the time gone?
  • Next pedi visit is Tuesday

Kennedy's 38 Week Check In

What an awesome weekend we are having.  We took a little road trip down to Delaware to visit Uncle Mikey.  Baby girl also got to see the big blue ocean for the very first time and although it's way too cold to swim, we could resist letting her play in the sand and dipping her toes in the water.  I have no doubt she will grow up to be a beach bum, just like her mama.  The car ride down was pretty uneventful and now we are enjoying a long weekend before we head back home.  Uncle Mike says baby girl has grown a lot and I couldn't agree more.

How Big Is Baby?

  • I think Kennedy is nearing 18 pounds and growing taller every day.  She is in almost all 9 month outfits and even working her way into some 12 month duds.  Eeeek!
  • Size 3 shoes fit her little Fred Flinstone feet perfectly now.
  • Full time cloth diapering. We are out one snap on each side and one snap on the rise on all of her dipes. We have gone up a second snap on the rise on a few of her diapers and so far we are getting a great fit!

Development & Milestones
  • BLW is going wonderfully.  She was happy to show off her eating skills to Uncle Mike and his roomies.
  • She has been crawling like crazy and pulling up on everything.  She loves to practice walking while holding mommy's hands, but isn't ready to walk on her own just yet.
  • Still climbing the stairs like a madwoman.
  • No new words this week, but lots and lots of baby babble.  I love her baby babbles!!
  • No new signs this week, but we are still working on it.
  • 4 pearly white teeth and a few more below the surface
Diet/Nursing
  • Nursing has been great this week.
  • Pumping at work was ok.  This was my last week of working 8 hour shifts and I am a little nervous to see how the 12 hour shifts work out with nursing/pumping.  I guess I'll just have to see how it goes.  Fingers crossed that my supply holds steady.
  • BLW is still going awesome.  I love watching my little girl explore her food and learn to eat.  Fascinating.
  • Still working on the sippy cup.  No real progress yet, but we will get there.
Sleep
  • Naps during the week were great.  Naps while traveling are... well... you fit them in when you can.  She has done really well, though, so I can't complain.  We are very lucky to have such a flexible baby.
  • Sleep-wise this week was great and the weekend has been... well... flexible.  :)

PP Mommy Check In

  • Another great week.  The weather is turning, I have been running outside and feel more energetic.
  • Right now I am about 119 lbs.
  • *For reference, my highest pregnancy weight was 162, my pre-pregnancy weight was 130 and my goal weight is 125*

How Is Daddy?
  • Kevin had a great week!  He is very close to his goal weight and I couldn't be more proud of him.  We were looking at pictures earlier and it is very obvious that he has lost weight.  He looks awesome!
Any appointments, visitors or outings? Anything else new?
  • We started off the week with a visit from our friends Amy, Adam and Abbigail from Buffalo.  It was awesome to see them and so funny to watch Kennedy interact with 7 week old Abbigail.  Too sweet!
  • We drove to Delaware to see Mikey and his roommates.  Awesome family weekend getaway.
  • Best part of the whole weekend.... drum roll... Kennedy's first trip to the ocean.  Mama is a total beach bum, so this was especially exciting for me.  What an incredible moment to share something I love with someone I love so much.  Aaaah.  A day I will remember forever.
  • Cloth diapering is still going great!!

Product Rave:
  • We picked up this awesome little bean bag-ish monster (which is really just a creative phone protector) to hold Kevin's phone.  We turn on baby Einstein videos and Kennedy is content for a while.  Love!

Any upcoming developments, milestones? What's next?

  • Next pedi visit is April 30
  • I start my 12 hour shifts this week!!  Yikes!!!  I'm not looking forward to being a total zombie (12 hour NIGHTS!)... but the thought of having 3-4 days off each week to spend with Kennedy makes it well worth it.  Bring it on!

Who You'd Be Today

To my angel baby,

One year.  You would be one year old today.

Not a day goes by that you don't cross my mind and I find myself wondering who you would be if you were here with me.

We should be having your first birthday party this weekend, maybe taking our first trip to the beach or doing something fun like that.  Instead I sit here smiling at my rainbow baby with tears in my eyes thinking about you.  Such a strange mix of emotions.  I look at my sweet baby girl, Kennedy and know that everything happens for a reason.  If you were here with me, she would not be.  She is absolutely the light of my life and I wouldn't change a thing that has happened... yet a little piece of my heart will always remain broken and I still can't help but wonder who you would be today.

Were you a little prince or a princess?  I had a gut feeling that you were a little girl and we even nicknamed you Emily Rose.. but I am still curious.  My intuition is pretty terrible after all.  :)
Would you be walking, talking, saying my name?
Would you have crazy hair like Kennedy does?  Beautiful gray/green eyes?  Chubby Fred Flinstone feet?
Would you smile like her or does she smile like you?  What would your laugh sound like?
Are you still here with us?  Can she sense you?  See you?  Does she see you in her dreams?  Will you visit me in my dreams tonight?

You were only with me for a very very brief time, I never got a chance to hold you in my arms or even hear the sweet sound of your beating heart, but you were a part of me.  You will always be a part of me.  Some think it's silly to still think of you, celebrate you, miss you, but I just don't think they understand... You were my baby.  You still ARE my baby... my angel baby.  And the pain never truly goes away.  Neither does the wonder, the what if's, the why...

While those questions will never be answered and the little piece of my heart that you occupied will always be broken, I know that you are somewhere absolutely beautiful and wonderful.  You have lots of friends, because I have lots of friends who also have angel babies.  I know you are loved, more than you ever had the chance to know.

So sleep peacefully and play with the angels.  I hope you are having one heck of a party up there, complete with a delicious angel food cake.  (Yeah, your mommy is totally corny like that).  :)  I miss you so much and wish I could celebrate with you, hold you, kiss you, tell you I love you.

Happy birthday, my sweet angel baby.

Love always,
Mommy

An angel in the book of life wrote down my baby's birth,
and whispered as she closed the book

DIY Baby Wipes/Cloth Wipe Solution

I borrowed this idea from a blog a month or two ago and now I can't find the original (sorry!)... I have tweaked their recipe a few times until I found something that works best for us.  This is a great home made alternative to store bought baby wipes (that usually contain drying alcohol).

You can use the paper towels as baby wipes (much more gentle than it sounds, trust me.  These work awesome!) or you can just make the solution and pour over cloth wipes.  This also works wonderfully for facial cloths/makeup remover.  Love this stuff!

You will need:

Wipes:
  • 1 roll of Bounty paper towels (cheap ones don't work, take my word for it)
    • The new Bounty Duratowels work especially well.
    • You will need to cut the roll in half THEN remove the cardboard center
  • 1 plastic container (cylinder shaped works best) to hold the paper towels.
    •  Place the 1/2 roll, cut side down, into the container and pull up from the center.

Solution:
  • 1-2 cups HOT water
    • I use closer to 2 cups because I like mine wet and soapy.  This works perfectly to clean those nasty, sticky baby poops.  Then I ring the excess liquid from another or grab a dry cloth wipe to dry her off.
    • If you prefer your wipes to be damp, start with just 1 cup and adjust as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp baby soap/shampoo
    • I use Dr. Bronner's Unscented Baby-Mild Pure Castille Soap (available at Target or Wegmans)
  • (optional) 2-4 drops of Tea Tree Oil

Stir the soap and oil(s) into the hot water until dissolved and pour over the paper towels.  They will absorb the solution and be ready for wiping cute little baby bums in just a few minutes.

I have also used this solution for my cloth wipes, however it does not work well in a sprayer (likely because of the coconut oil) so I just pour it over a stack of wipes in a warmer or use a squirt bottle.

Enjoy!

Kennedy's 37 Week Check In

When I went to type the title, I had to go back to last week 3 times to make sure she is really 37 weeks this week.  Wow.  Just plain wow.  We have been talking a lot about her upcoming first birthday (with family all over the place we have to plan early) and I just can't believe we are planning her BIRTHDAY!!  I swear sometimes it feels like we were just bringing her home from the hospital.  Sometimes I *wish* we had just brought her home from the hospital.  It is both sad and exciting that her first year is coming to an end.  Truly bittersweet.  Before I start the "my baby is growing up" waterworks... I should remind myself that we still have 3+ months of baby-ness before we cross the one year milestone.

How Big Is Baby?
  • Baby girl is back to her regular eating/nursing habits so she is back to growing like a weed.  She is probably still in the 17 pound range, but overall looks (and I'm sure feels) much better this week.
  • Kennedy is wearing mostly 9 month clothes with a few 6 month tops or bottoms tossed in the mix.
  • The size 2 shoes are now a complete lost cause.  The 3s are starting to fit pretty good.  She only wears them when we are out, but they are really cute.  She also got a pair of squeaker shoes which she adores.  She loves to stomp around and make them squeak... or chew on them.  :/  Silly girl.
  • Full time cloth diapering. We are out one snap on each side and one snap on the rise on all of her dipes.  We have gone up a second snap on the rise on a few of her diapers and so far we are getting a great fit!

Development & Milestones

  • BLW is going great!  This week she didn't try any new foods (that I can remember)... but she as found a new treat... when we go to Wegmans on the weekend, she gets to try some samples with mommy (I watch carefully how they are handled before letting her have one) and if she is a good girl, sometimes we even stop at the bakery for a mini cookie.  Not the healthiest thing, but everyone deserves a treat every once in a while and it really seems to make her day.  She just looks so cute sitting in the cart (or in her sling) and munching on her cookie.  Love this happy girl!
  • She has been a crawling machine this week.  She is really fast now!!
  • She also pulls herself up very well and has become much more graceful with going from standing to sitting or crawling.  She puts her hands down first and gently lowers herself (instead of falling or just plopping down like before).
  • Her favorite thing to do this week has been climb the stairs.  She is really pretty good at it, but I'm still not a fan.  She looks so proud of herself when she gets to the top though so I let her go, patiently stand behind her just in case and hold my breath.  This is what being a mom feels like.  It's scary.
  • Still no real standing on her own, but very close.  She is getting braver.  She walks really well when holding someone's hand or fingers.  She will be walking on her own soon.
  • She has been very vocal this week.  She has "ma ma" down.  I am also noticing a more distinct difference between "ba ba" and "pa pa".  I'm still not sure which one is for daddy and which one is for Lucy, or if they are both just random babble, but the difference is more pronounced.
  • We had a "milk" sign this week!!  She hasn't done it again, so it may have been random, but I was pretty excited and it encouraged me to continue signing with her.  She also makes the sign for "puppy" often, but it could easily be mistaken for excited flailing baby arms, so I'm never sure if it is intentional on her part.
  • We now have 2 top teeth!!  So a total of 4 teeth.  I'm just glad we are catching a break from the teething torture, even if only for a few days.  I hate seeing my baby girl in pain.

Diet/Nursing

  • Nursing has been much better this week.  Her top teeth have broken through and I can tell she is much more comfortable.  She is still nursing a few times overnight, but I don't mind.
  • Pumping at work has been so-so again.  I have noticed that I really just don't have the motivation to pump, especially if the time is iffy.  My supply is still where it needs to be and Kennedy is still able to nurse plenty when I am home.  I also have plenty of frozen milk stashed away, so if I pump at work, great.  If not, oh well.  Next week, however, when I switch to 12 hour shifts, I am going to have to pump at work (or risk a milky explosion!)
  • BLW is still going really well.  She does great with everything we have given her so far.  It still amazes me to watch her learn and explore her food.
  • Daddy has been working on giving breast milk in the sippy cup (thinking maybe she just wasn't interested in the water or juice/water mix).  She is just not into it... at all.

Sleep

  • Naps have been much better this week.  We are back on the 2-3-4 schedule, with adjustments as needed for the sitter and work schedule.  She is doing so much better!
  • Sleep-wise we are also pretty much back to normal.  Daddy puts her to sleep around 9.  She wakes up around 1am when I get home to nurse.  Daddy changes her around 6am when he is getting ready and I nurse her again.  Then we snuggle until about 9am.  I'm so thankful that she doesn't mind staying in bed with me until 9 or so.

PP Mommy Check In

  • I feel much better this week.  The weather is finally starting to break (we are even supposed to hit 70 tomorrow!!) so I have gotten a few runs in and started some P90X this week.  Kennedy feeling better, the change in weather (and kicking the GI bug) has really perked me up.  I feel like me again... energetic, athletic and ready to take on the world!  Bring.It.On!!
  • Right now I am about 118 lbs.
  • *For reference, my highest pregnancy weight was 162, my pre-pregnancy weight was 130 and my goal weight is 125*

How Is Daddy?

  • Kevin also had a much better week.  Baby girl is feeling much better and so is daddy.  I need to take a second to brag here too... Kevin has struggled with his weight since leaving the Marine Corps.  He has slowly packed on a few (well more than a few) unneeded pounds.  Over the past few months, he has made a conscous effort to control his portion sizes and eat much healthier.  (I am a healthy eater by nature, but my portion sizes are out of control... so living and eating with me has not made his task easy by any means).  Anyway, he is doing AWESOME and has lost nearly 20 pounds!!!  I am so so proud of him!!  Now if I could only get him to agree to run that marathon.
Any appointments, visitors or outings?  Anything else new?

  • 2 new teeth!!!  Woohoo!!!  I'm so happy that those mean teeth finally popped through!
  • Cloth diapering is still going great!!
  • We have some friends coming to visit tomorrow.  A fellow loss mama, her husband and their rainbow baby, Abbi will be in town for a few days.  They met Kennedy at the fair last year, but haven't seen her since... and we have never met Abbi.  We are very excited to spend some time with them!

   Product Rave:

  • Kennedy got a new standing play desk that she LOVES!!  It has a little cup (supposed to be a pencil holder, lol) where we put some puffs and she goes bonkers digging around to fish them out.  It is too cute!

Any upcoming developments, milestones?  What's next?

  • Next pedi visit is at the end of April.
  • Visitors tomorrow
  • Mommy starts her new schedule in one week!!  12 hour days means more full days off to hang with the monster baby!!

Top 10 Reasons to Run the Disney Marathon (On Your Birthday)... for My Husband :)

I love running.  A lot.  Kevin does not like running.  At all.

Being the good Marine that he was, he ran when he had to and he ran well.  He could beat me in any race any day, hands down.  I hated it.  When he got out of the Marine Corps, he no longer had an evil Sgt Slaughter (aaah... I loved that nickname) telling him to run.  He did however have an evil runaholic wife that tried to tell him to run... that he laughed at and said "nope.  Not today hunny."  :/  Sadly he could get up off the couch and STILL beat me in a race.  (I am working on this though...)

I did manage to talk him into running the Color Me Rad 5K coming up next month.  Ok, well I signed him up for the race and told him he was running.  He begrudgingly obliged, although I'm sure he is less than excited about it.  Heck, I even bought him some really ridiculous looking sunglasses to wear.  Still not excited.  He just doesn't *get* the whole running thing.  Running was always his sport's punishment.

So anywho... the Disney Marathon just so happens to fall on his birthday next year.  What better way to celebrate your birthday than to run a marathon???  Right???  As you can imagine, he could easily list a million and one better ways to celebrate his birthday.  Psssh.

In an effort to convince him that running the Disney Marathon with me would be the absolute best birthday celebration ever, I made a Top Ten list for him...

Top 10 Reasons to Run the Disney Marathon... on your birthday...
  1. What better place to spend your birthday than Walt Disney World? I mean... come on... it's the happiest place on earth!!! I may as well stop right here.
  2. What better way to spend your birthday than doing something you love. Wait... you don't love running. Crap. Ok what better way to spend your birthday than doing something that your wife loves??  But it's YOUR birthday.  Hmm... riiiiight... How about doing something that's good for you. Hmm... Fail. Ok. How about just making an awesome memory and completing your first ever marathon? It will be incredible!
  3. Everybody gets a medal. Chicks dig medals.
  4. Two words Pre-Race Pasta Party. Okay that's 3 words. More like 3 and a half. Whatever. You get the idea. You love pasta...
  5. Umm... because you love me and I'm asking you to? This is an excellent reason.
  6. Kennedy will get to run in the little kiddie race. It will be so cute!
  7. Speaking of Kennedy, we have to start her running obsession, er... I mean love of running early. 1 year old sounds like a fantastic time to start. Let's set a good example and show her how much we love running (ok how much I love running and how much you love to make me happy by running with me!) by running this marathon. She can come cheer us on. It will be cute. You WILL like it.
  8. Just think of it as the most awesome mobile birthday party with several of the Disney characters and several thousand fans as guests, giving you high-fives, cheering you on, wishing you a happy birthday. Pretty cool, eh? EH?
  9. Once you cross "run a marathon with my wife so she will shut up about it" off your bucket list... then I can shut up about it. ;)
  10. Umm... beacause... maybe... possibly... I already signed us up. :D Happy birthday, hunny!?!?!?!
I'm going to go above and beyond here and add a #11. I'll even make you a super cool "it's my birthday and my wife drug me out here at 5:30 am to run this damn marathon" t-shirt. WINNER!!!!!!!!
I ♥ you!

Do you think this will help to convince him?  Do you have any other reasons I can add to this list??  :)

Kennedy's 36 Week Check In

Another week of teething misery.  Blech.  On a positive note, her teeth have mostly broken through, so I think the end is near.  At least I really really hope it is.  This teething nonsense is for the birds.

Since the weather was so nice today (finally above 50!!!) we took a family walk and made our first trip to the neighborhood park.  Kennedy got to swing on a swing and even went down the slide for the first time.  I think she enojoyed herself.  :)

How Big Is Baby?
  • Baby girl really hasn't been feeling so hot, so I doubt she has gained much this week, but she is still healthy and holding her own at 17 pounds and change.
  • Kennedy is wearing almost all 9 month outfits now with a few 6 month stragglers.  We peeked through her spring/summer box and can't wait to get into some warmer clothes!!  Come on, spring!!
  • She still doesn't wear shoes all the time yet, but we are putting them on more often.  Her size 3s are still a little big, but they work.
  • Full time cloth diapering. We are out one snap on each side and one snap on the rise on all of her dipes.  We have gone up a second snap on the rise on a few of her diapers and so far we are getting a great fit!

Development & Milestones

  • BLW is going awesome!  It is so funny to hear people comment on how well she eats and see the look of shock when I tell them how old she is.  BLW is awesome!
  • Kennedy has been crawling like crazy.  She is so fast now!!  She has also been really clingy, so she will follow me all over the house and if I stop long enough for her to catch up, she tries to climb up my leg.  Poor babe.  It's so cute though!
  • Daddy taught her a new trick (I'm thrilled, sense the sarcasm)... climbing up the stairs.  Yeah.  So now we have baby gates on both sets of stairs.  Yikes!  It is really awesome though to watch her growing and learning and figuring out how to do new things.  Babies are amazing.
  • Still no real standing on her own.
  • No new words this week, just a lot of tears and "ma ma"s.  Stupid teeth.
  • No signs yet, but we are getting better with signing to her.  We still have some work to do in the consistency department, but we're getting there.

Diet/Nursing

  • Nursing has been ok.  The past few days, Kennedy has been biting a lot.  I'm not sure if it is out of frustration or pain or whether she thinks it is playing (it is certainly NOT fun) but I'm hoping it stops soon.  Otherwise, she is still comfort nursing often since I'm sure her teeth are making her pretty miserable.
  • Pumping at work has been ok.  I have found myself dreading and putting off pumping, even when I have the time.  I think part of it is that I know I have enough milk to last for a long long time and I know I am lucky to have a really great supply, so I don't feel like I need to.  I need to get back on the wagon and just keep pumping.  On the flip side though, if I can eliminate my pumping session, that does bring me one step closer to restarting my cycle and trying for baby #2.  Hmm... maybe it isn't so bad ot not pump after all (aside from the soreness, ouch!)
  • BLW is going great!  This week, baby girl got to eat at Carrabas and enjoyed some yummy chicken parm and bacon flatbread.  She also had lots of frozen fruit throughout the week to help with her teeth.
  • We didn't work much with the sippy cup this week.  She was just so fussy that I didn't have the energy to spend trying to teach her something new.  Bad mommy.  This coming week will be better.

Sleep

  • Naps have been pretty terrible this week.  Yesterday, for example, she napped for a total of 30 minutes all day, but was so exhausted and over tired that she screamed for a solid 3 hours in the evening.  Ugh.  I can't wait to get through this teething phase.
  • Sleep-wise, she has done pretty ok.  She is still sleeping in our bed this week and, although she has woken up to nurse a few times each night/early morning, she falls asleep quickly.  The only noticeable difference is that instead of my awesome babe who loves to sleep in and snuggle until 9... she is now wanting to get up around 630.  I know this is normal, but I am not a fan at all.

PP Mommy Check In

  • I have been under the weather myself this week.  I caught some gnarly stomach bug and have been a big ball of blah since Wednesday.  I dropped another pound and have zero energy.  Next week will be better.  Next week HAS to be better.  Gosh I really hope next week is better.
  • Right now I am about 117 lbs.
  • *For reference, my highest pregnancy weight was 162, my pre-pregnancy weight was 130 and my goal weight is 125*

How Is Daddy?

  • Kevin had another rough week too.  He hates seeing his little girl in pain and feeling relatively helpless.  He has done great with vapor baths and vapor rub to try to help clear her sinuses and milksicles and cool teethers to try to soothe her poor little gums, but other than that, we just have to wait for these mean teeth to come in.

Any appointments, visitors or outings?  Anything else new?

  • We can finally see two teeth breaking through the gums on top!!!
  • Cloth diapering is still going great!!

Product Rave:

  • Earth's Best Vapor Rub... it's like an organic baby Vick's chest rub.  Smells wonderful and I think it helps a lot.

Any upcoming developments, milestones?  What's next?

  • Next pedi visit is at the end of April.
